Please Note:
All substitutes are considered "at will". That is, either the substitute or Jordan School District may end the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, or for no reason. The substitute may be blocked from individual schools or classrooms at the principal’s request. There is no expectation of being called or utilized as a substitute. The fact that a substitute has been retained on one occasion does not guarantee any expectation of further retention.
What to expect after you apply ...
After submitting your substitute application, you will receive notification from the Substitute Management Office with an email requesting you to complete your new hire paperwork and a prompt to begin the online onboarding process. Be sure to bring all required documents with you to your in-person onboarding appointment. You will not be allowed to begin substituting until all steps are completed. We thank you in advance for your patience with this process.
