Annual Leave

Each eligible employee in the District is allocated annual leave at no cost to the employee based on years of service.
Annual leave should not be taken before or after a holiday or during the first five days and last five days that students are in school, except under conditions outlined in this policy.

Unused Personal Leave is subject to use outlined in DP335 NEG.

  • As per policy, a maximum of five (5) personal days may be used each contract year.
  • **If you are absent for the same medical event (self or others) in excess of five (5) days (consecutive or non-consecutive) please contact the HR Generalist regarding FMLA.**
